Iris was a GEM in this sale. She was there when I was selling my cabin in Tennessee. She contacted the agent and was on top of everything as it was a 1031 Capital Exchange. This was a first of all involved. She made sure my name on the deed was exactly as I needed it to the very last minute. When the paralegal couldn't get through to the 1031 ppl Iris would also try. She would call me and we would get through it together in a timely manner. I always say you get what you work for. We worked hard and great treasures came out of this including a great friend. Iris is worth working with. She puts everything she has to make sure everyone involved is on the same page.
